Perinton Community Church has a very active Children’s program. We offer a wide variety of ministries for the whole family- every age group from birth through high school. While each of these ministries targets a different age group, they each have a different look and feel. However, at the core of each of these ministries is the love that Christ has for young people, and Biblical teaching. Below is a detailed list of all the ministries PCC has to offer our children:

Nursery Care:
PCC offers nursery care for infants through age 2 during both the worship service and Christian education hours. The nursery is a safe and loving place for our little ones to have a great time while mom and dad are spending time in Sunday school or in Sunday Morning Worship. The nursery is located at the end of the main hallway on the lower level of the church.

Churchtime:
Churchtime is a time of worship and learning during the sermon portion of the worship service for ages 2 through Kindergarten. Each child that attends church time will learn more about how God loves and cares for them, and the importance of making right decisions.

Youth Education Classes:
PCC offers Christian education classes for all ages during the school year. Youth Christian education classes meet during the adult education classes every Sunday morning at 9:15AM from September till June. PCC divides its classes by age group, and has a total of 6 classes that minister to all our Children ages 2 through the end of high school.

Boys Christian Service Brigade:
CSB is a boys’ program for age 4- grade 6. The mission of CSB is to help disciple boys for Jesus through interaction with Christian men. There are 3 age groups: Tadpoles (Ages 4-K, boys & their fathers). Three climbers ( Grades 1-2, boys & their fathers), and Stockade (Grades 3-6). Christian Service Brigade meets weekly on Tuesday nights from 7-8:15PM during the school year.

Pioneer Girls:
Pioneer Girls is a Christ-centered club for girls which meets Tuesday nights during the school. The program is family focused and is a wonderful way for families to grow together. This year Pioneer Girls will meet for ages kindergarden- grade 6.

Winter VBS:
PCC hosts a Vacation Bible School during the winter school break in February for children in K-5^th grade.

The 2010 Winter VBS is "Kingdom of the Son A Prayer Safari" - Monday, February 15th - Thursday, February18th, 9:00 am - 12 noon.

Take a walk on the wild side at Kingdom of the Son VBS! During this spectacular prayer safari kids will journey into the Serengeti - the magnificent grassland region of Tanzania and Kenya. They'll discover exotic animals, create safari crafts, play exciting games, sing upbeat songs and enjoy delicious safari snacks! While your kids are having safari fun, they'll also learn to talk to God as they explore the Lord's Prayer and go on an expeditions into the pages of God's Word. Bring your kids to an unforgettable adventure.
